Kaisid I officially listened to Gelb more than it is reasonnable and I can't seem to get bored of it. Phenomenal album that strokes my brain the right way Favorite track: Try the Wine.
Mel

Mel This album is so full of joy and playfulness in such an eerie way, with the more upbeat chords being underscored by heavy bass and occasionally ominous lyrics. A perfect musical representation of the color yellow.

This shit drives me actually nuts with the sheer quantity and skill with which all the noises work together, all playing with each other so smoothly despite their abrasiveness when alone.

I realize I'm just talking abt the last 3 tracks, huh? sorrey but THEYRE GOOD !! Favorite track: Fighting Trim.

Alien 04:42
There is a cataclysm coming for this population What form it takes is not yet known, our team is at the station The miser is always watching over this old town I know the ways that all can crumble if the air becomes unwound I am an alien, I can’t say I’m a trusted bearer I kindly ask my word be heeded, lest there be a gruesome terror Ungodly astral beings lend your ear to me For just a second, I can make things clear, I’ll let the miser see There is no easy way to give this information unto thee I pray I do not sound too brash or too conspicuous indeed The end is coming, if I dare come off cliche I daresay image won’t concern me when we make it through today I am an alien, I can’t say I’m a trusted bearer I humbly ask my word be heeded, lest there be a gruesome terror Council of common people sends their very best regards And in the end I know at least we’re all still who we are One dawn in the stomach of the beast A sickly parasite will crave the taste of acid in the trees Wine and bees. Nothing here will keep the hive in check Das Triadische Ballett, Das Triadische Ballett One dawn, with a trepidatious spark A need to turn the end upon us will behest the oligarchs All the stars burn the oceans up, the dreams we haven’t met Das Triadische Ballett, Das Triadische Ballett

Try the Wine 05:43
“How do you do,” with a surreptitious smile she said to me How could I know this life would ache like a hurricane in silence Only you could shed my tears Why my dear, those aubergine trellises look sublime, dressed in turquoise and iodine Time makes fools out of all of us dear, try the wine, colored rose red and alkaline “Where is the light?” With an apprehensive zeal she said to me How could I know that light would sear like the sun has come to visit Only this could set me free Why my dear, those aubergine trellises look sublime, dressed in turquoise and iodine Time makes fools out of all of us dear, try the wine, colored rose red and alkaline Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars I know that face, that cathode ray tube with a bandit’s golden lips The colors don’t look right, destruction and mirth within the crevices My life can’t go like this Why my dear, there’s nothing else to do but tell a lie, in the form of an alibi Time makes fools out of all of us dear, try the wine, colored rose red and alkaline I called her name, and nothing came in from the creek I shouted forth The water didn’t speak, she leapt from the waterfall and perished Only she could let me be Why my dear, there’s nothing else to do but tell a lie, in the form of an alibi Time makes fools out of all of us dear, try the wine, colored rose red and alkaline Sewer rats in polo fit Possums with the bolo drip Blossoms Bubbles Buttercups on some Never catch em solo shit League of Sedentary figures you'd think dude had signed to solo mid bombs away it's wrong to stay unless you tryna catch a hollow tip here's the thing I wanna know why the fuck you running bro? choose to crash with those you love or jump and say Geronimo Down the hatch and out the back it's, up to you to swallow though puffing cigs outside the bar, they ask me "can I get a follow?" No dreams are just reality but less fun if it's scary wake up try the next one see them cheer or jeer it don't concern me Bitbeast when grip the mic you'll get spun negative poles are better than no charge at all positive roles are probably closed, try the mall Told them fly was here to stay, here’s the proof Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars Get on the roof, we’ll count the stars

Sir Duke 03:21
Music is a world within itself With a language we all understand With an equal opportunity For all to sing and dance and clap their hands But just because a record has a groove Don't make it in the groove But you can tell right away at letter A When the people start to move They can feel it all over They can feel it all over people They can feel it all over They can feel it all over people Music knows it is and always will Be one of the things that life just won't quit But here are some of music's pioneers That time will not allow us to forget For there's Basie, Miller, Satchmo And the king of all Sir Duke And with a voice like Ella's ringing out There's no way the band can lose You can feel it all over You can feel it all over people You can feel it all over You can feel it all over people

Vincent Persichetti, Xenakis, Cage, Bartok and Gershwin Live in stereo and living on a stolen pink cassette Talisman reporting that the president’s killed Merlin Santa Fe, Madrid, and Paris were the last to place the bets Try my hand at baking, or whatever craft is shaking up the rocks Get good at Crokinole without that slippery powder on the top Typeset the revolution, fifteen point futura Left a notice in the margins there, I told the king “Ready or not.” I’ll get my daughters fighting trim And tell ‘em, don’t be tardy And when the fighting’s over, then I know they won’t be sorry Fabled anger, blood and carbohydrates in the air Oh honey I’ll be there I’ll set the timepiece running On the clock, we set to carving And when the carving’s over then I know we’ll just be starting Fabled anger, blood and carbohydrates in the air Oh honey I’ll be there Opulence and savvy get along like wine and bread rolls in the evening For the record, there’s a lot of wine to go around Pass the glass along to good old Rozencrantz and Raisin Bran Kentucky fried before we die, our bodies never found Try my hand at archery, backgammon and strip poker One a day, good shot, good hand, good play, and the world will enter endgame Typeset the revolution, fifteen point futura Left a notice in the margins there, I told the king “We’re here to stay.”

I’ve seen six cities fall for this Mathematics with incompetence Red flags stand among the trees Repugnant symphony A billionaire’s tarantula just ate the ceiling Thinking it was yet another floor I thought this reading Derrida Dandelions international You left a star inside the hive With hope to multiply Prayed to an Alaskan bull worm X@X@X@X won’t help you now sir Buried with the others, go and see We’ve come for Columbine deluxe Front row center cost me fifty bucks The pleasure’s coming just for me Time to jump for the ballet, Allons y! We’ve come for Columbine deluxe Front row center cost me fifty bucks The pleasure’s coming just for me Never say sorry I crashed a sequin omnibus Discombobulated, fabulous I left the wreckage in the street For all to come and read These fumes lay underneath me Doubling into mystery Be careful, but in passing, be a Saint. I’m serving breaded floppy disk Candlelight and crème de basilisk Come taste the unborn specialty It’s made with wine and bees A timbral tapestry laid waste to all before me There is simply too much in here to concede We’ve come for Columbine deluxe Front row center cost me fifty bucks The pleasure’s coming just for me Time to jump for the ballet, Allons y! We’ve come for Columbine deluxe Front row center cost me fifty bucks The pleasure’s coming just for me Never say sorry We’re here for columbine deluxe Don the underbelly, don the guns We know we’re never getting back The world we used to have Go dance the only dance remaining In our hearts today Be wary for the coming afternoon
